"This program gives the kids the use of an I-pad while they are at the hospital getting treatment. They can stay in touch with friends, family and school work."- said PCTF Director Robert Trigueros-
"I love this program because once the kid using the I-pad gets to go home, the I-pad search history is erased and it's ready to be used by the next kid.
It is a gift that keeps on giving" [🙌].

The 1st Annual Mike Traynor Memorial Ride
to benefit the Pediatric Cancer Treatment Foundation
was held today under partly sunny skies and very
pleasant temperatures.
Hosted by Harley-Davidson of Asheville and sponsored by Hwy 191 Motorcycles, Eurosport of Asheville, Hunter Power Sports, Black Dome, and Farley Insurance, the event honored the work and life of RFK founder Mike Traynor.
Participants enjoyed some of the best motorcycling roads Western North Carolina has to offer, as well as a silent auction with great items, and live music by Worm Birdin’ band. Food was provided by Island Food Truck.
The running total of the funds raised, as of Saturday, was $10,661.00*
The Pediatric Cancer Treatment Foundation’s Director, Robert Trigueros, wanted to thank all the organizers, volunteers, sponsors and friends of Mike who made this event possible and so much fun.
“We are looking forward to seeing everyone back next year”- Trigueros said.
Pediatric Cancer Treatment Foundation's Pre-event Dinner
Friday, June 3rd, 2022
Former co-workers, volunteers and sponsors got together for dinner on the night prior to the 1st Annual Mike Traynor Memorial Ride.
Everyone got to reminisce about the good ole days working together with Mike and each other to help the kids, and rekindle those ole friendships.
A good time was had by all and we got to celebrate a couple of birthdays.
Big THANKS to the anonymous party who paid for everyone's dinner.
(Kind and good hearted people are more prevalent than you'd think).
